application form and hand it to your 300 Club representative who will
allocate you a number(s). |

Choosing to
pay by standing order makes sure payment is made in time for your number to
be entered in each monthly draw. |

Your
rep. will give you a standing order form to complete and hand in to your
bank. |

You can pay by cheque or cash each month or make larger payments to cover several months. Hand these to your rep. who will give you a receipt. |
